Although you do not have to chug 8 glasses of water per day, it is important that you still drink plenty of water that is enough for your body.

2.Get Enough Sleep

As we age, sleep is more important for our bodies than ever. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep per night ensures that you are going to wake up feeling refreshed and invigorated.

We live in a world of convenience but our bodies are designed to move. Go out there and do some physical activities. But, you do not follow any distance or time requirement- you ask your body if it needs to rest and then go from there.

5.Have a Well-Balanced Diet

For older men, you want to focus more on carbs, a little bit of fat, and some protein. Aim to get at least 60% of your calories from carbs, 30% of your calories from protein, and 10% from fat.
